Executive Board

Through consultation with the Partnership the overall responsibility for setting the vision and taking forward the strategy is with the Executive Board, which currently comprises the representatives listed below. The Executive Board meets every 6 weeks to review progress and drive forward the East Kent Partnership agenda.

Forum Membership

The Partnership has established a method of working with and through the wider Partnership membership, which builds upon the strength and commitment of it's stakeholders, with a shared sense of purpose and widespread effective communications. The role and purpose of the Forum is:

• To act as a discussion and communication forum on key issues concerning all stakeholders of EKP, to maintain commitment and ownership
• To inform and advise the Executive Board on the future direction of the Partnership
• Regular meetings will be held at least three times per year and each meeting will be themed wherever possible

The Forum meets on a quarterly basis. Details can be found on the 'Document and Papers' page. In addition the Partnership has a database of interested stakeholders. As of September 2006, over 300 organisations are involved in the work of the Partnership.
